When I add an HTML5 video the thumbnail appears but when I click it the video fails to run. If I then to to check the video properties I see that the mp4 and webm URLs are blank. If I fill them in again the video then displays OK.
This is reproducible - it always fails after the first save, then succeeds the second time after being edited.
