Mobile lightbox fails to fit device display

Hello, I purchased the Unite Gallery and have loved the many features and capabilities it comes with.

(This issue only pertains to the view on mobile devices, primarily smart phones, tablets seem to not be problematic)

I am having a difficulty however, While on the lightbox is on wide settings, about 10percent of the image displayed is visible, regardless of phone angle portrait or landscape. Any attempt to zoom out to show the full image results in panning around the image, or accidentally swiping to the next image in the gallery. I tried instituting the compact lightbox option, with minimal improvement. Though more of the image is visible, the panning is only horizontal, and with too much effort the image will swipe to the next in the gallery.

Is there a way to make it so that, when a thumbnail is selected, and the lightbox initiates, that the lightbox gallery display fits the images to the viewport size, as opposed to my current dilemma where site visitors are unable to see the full image as displayed in the thumbnail, and end up accidentally swiping to the next image?

Maybe I missed a setting somewhere in Unite Gallery, your product is fantastic, and the only thing holding my site back at the moment is poor gallery display on mobile.

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this critical problem

Max, I really appreciate your quick response and attempt to accomplish what I\'m looking for. However, it\'s worse that it was before... Now on mobile devices when an image is clicked and lighbox sort of comes up, nothing is displayed most of the time, occasionally I\'ll see a navigation arrow, or only a dimmed overlay of the thumbnails, any attempt to swipe or navigate the lightbox causes an exit of lightbox and a return to the webpage of origin any attempt to click on another thumbnail results in nothing happening... absolutely nothing. The thumbnail is momentarily highlighted indicating a selection of it, then nothing, but endless waiting.

I\'ve tried testing this with text box disabled and a wide lightbox and compact lightbox, hell I even tried limiting the gallery image to \"big\" but still no luck. I need to be able to display the text box as it will provide enhanced information about each gallery and image series.

Thankfully though, the lightbox functions as it should on Desktop and Laptop computers, so it\'s not a complete loss, that said we\'re far from winning at the moment, as a good portion of our traffic is from mobile devices.

could you test this gallery on a mobile device for me, maybe it\'s something wrong (highly doubtful) with all the phones and tablets in the office...

HELP ME MAX, you\'re my only hope!

Max, wait on this a second, I think the problem might relate to how I have the header organized, when viewed on mobile the contact us portion of the header is about 4000 miles to the right of everything, I\'m thinking that this makes the viewport of the lightbox inordinantly wide, which could be causing the viewing issue, I might need your help on that, even though it\'s not related directly to the Unite Gallery... give me a bit to try and get that under control, I\'ll update you later today.

HI. please give me a link to your website so I could look. I think it\'s something related to your template and not to the gallery.

    Alright Max, here\'s the link

when I pull up the site on mobile, it looks like the background to the website extends beyond the container, where all the media is kept. the effect of this is that when viewed on a phone, you see 100% of the container, but a good portion of body is outside the area to the right of the screen, and when the gallery comes up it goes to the limits of the area off screen, not on screen. This could be a wordpress thing, or my own problem. either way great heaps of appreciation will follow. Though the fault may not lie with your product any and all help would be great.

Thank you for your time and patience Max!

I understand, thank you very much for the insight. Might you be able to recommend any particular themes for their quality and capability across varied devices?
