Hi,

I have just bought and paid for both the Gallery Plugin & Instagram Plugin. However, both are failing to upload. I have since gone to my hosting provider and tried uploading directly in the C Panel and have also failed. Support from my host has told me that the files given are not working correctly on their end and I will need to contact the supplier (you guys) can you please help me with getting both plugins to install. Product looks good but wont know until it works.

I have unpacked the zip and tried to do what you have suggested to no avail. I have even tried copying different folders such; 

- Opening the "Gallerycms" folder and ziping the folder "gallerycms" inside and uploading, to no avail
- Copying the "Gallery_admin" in the Gallery CMS folder and ziping that file and uploading, to no avail
- Copying the "unitgallery" folder and zipping that and uploading which failed to install also.

So I am wondering which file you mean or is there a way of sorting this out another way.
