    Hello,

Installed and created a category to hold the items, but whenever I try to add an image I get an error message that says "Invalid backend configuration. Readable volumes not available", any idea what am I missing here?

    Thank you,

    Mohamed

    Hi

I did install "elfinder" module and also downloaded the library to "sites/domain/libraries/elfinder", although I see that you included the library within your module, should I uninstall the library that I downloaded?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Hi,

The error was happening while trying to get it to work on a production environment, so I decided to give it a shot on a vanilla Drupal installation and it worked just fine.

Thank you for this awesome module. Feel free to close the ticket.

Update - when I placed the shortcode in a block the gallery didn't show up, and by tracing the error I found this in the browser (please see attached), I'm working on a localhost machine and followed all the steps in the documentation. Let me know if you need more info.

    Thank you

Hi, I mean I'm able to add images and videos, but the gallery doesn't want to show on the page, all I can see is this:

    *************

    window.onload = function(e) { if(typeof ugCheckForErrors == "undefined"){ document.getElementById("unitegallery_1_1").innerHTML = "Unite Gallery Error - gallery js and css files not included";} else{ ugCheckForErrors("unitegallery_1_1", "jquery");} }; var ugapi1; jQuery(document).ready(function(){ var objUGParams = { gallery_theme:"grid", gallery_width:"900", gallery_height:"400", slider_background_color:"#ffffff", slider_enable_text_panel:false, slider_textpanel_enable_title:false, slider_textpanel_enable_description:false, gridpanel_background_color:"#ffffff", grid_num_cols:3, grid_space_between_cols:15, grid_space_between_rows:15, theme_panel_position:"right" }; if(ugCheckForErrors('#unitegallery_1_1', 'cms')) ugapi1 = jQuery('#unitegallery_1_1').unitegallery(objUGParams); });

    *************

I tried every option under the troubleshoot tab, to no avail. I wish I can give you access to look at it, but I am testing this on my local machine (localhost).

    Please help, thank you.

Yes it was a wrong HTML config under the "Text Format", the "Limit allowed HTML tags" was enabled, and by unchecking it everything is now fine and the gallery shows up perfectly.

Thank you for this awesome module.

I remember I figured it out, and I already left that job more than a year ago.

    Thank you.
