Late Tuesday night, January 31st, I uploaded a tiles justified gallery to our site that related URL link above. On Wednesday morning I started receiving emails that some people couldn't see the tiles at all (under the exhibition finalists section of the webpage). Others were able to see the tiles but when they clicked an image to bring up the lightbox it didn't do anything. I checked the site and it worked fine for me on multiple computers (on the Mozilla Firefox browser) but I did notice that the tiles took a longer time than usual to load. I just updated to the new version earlier on Tuesday, before i added the tiles gallery to the page. I had one person tell me they couldn't see it on either their phone or computer when using the Safari browser. I've asked a few of the others who have contacted me to let me know they were having issue seeing it what browser they are using but I haven't received responses yet. Could there be a conflict with Safari and this latest update? I tested the site on Internet Explorer as well Firefox and it worked fine but at least 8 people have contacted me about not being able to see the gallery on either their phones or computers?
Also another question that may or may not be related to this issue - Is there a maximum number of images a gallery can have?
Just for reference we are running the full version of the Unite Gallery - version 1.7.43.
Please note that only people who are using the Safari browser, iPhone, iPad or other MAC/Apple products are having an issue. Anyone using Chrome, IE or Firefox can see the gallery just fine.
